Animal Kingdom leads as the least crowded Disney World park in February. EPCOT is excellent — the Festival of the Arts continues with Broadway performers and culinary arts. At Universal, Universal Studios Florida is typically quieter than Islands of Adventure. All parks spike significantly during Presidents Week (Feb 15–21).
Avoid Presidents Week (Feb 15–21) at all costs. This is one of the busiest non-summer, non-holiday weeks of the year — nearly as crowded as spring break.
Early February (Feb 1–7) is one of the quietest stretches of the first half of the year. Combine it with the EPCOT Festival of the Arts for an especially rewarding adult visit.
Valentine's Day at EPCOT is a local tradition. Expect higher adult attendance on Feb 13–14 specifically at EPCOT and Magic Kingdom. Other parks are relatively unaffected.
