Browse ExperiencesThe best times are mid-January (Jan 4–17, crowd level 2) and September (Sep 6–26, crowd level 2–3). May is also excellent with crowd levels of 3–4 outside of Memorial Day weekend. These windows offer shorter waits, better hotel rates, and a more enjoyable experience overall.
Animal Kingdom is typically the least crowded Disney World park, followed by EPCOT. Magic Kingdom is consistently the busiest park in the world. Hollywood Studios ranks second busiest due to the popularity of Star Wars Galaxy's Edge and its relatively compact size.
Park hopping is most valuable on moderate crowd days (4–6) when you can efficiently move between parks. On extreme crowd days it can be useful for escaping a crowded park, but transportation times eat into your day. On low crowd days, a single park is often enough to see everything.
